We don’t typically clean toys or fireplace interiors, pick up clutter, do laundry, wash dishes, or organize belongings. Inside cabinets, ovens, and refrigerators can be included on request.
Do you use non-toxic products, and do I need to provide supplies?
Yes—we bring non-toxic cleaning products and equipment. Have a favorite product or a sensitivity? Let us know ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee.
What if something is missed?
If we miss something, call within 24 hours of your service. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.

We base your estimate on the home’s size and cleaning needs. Our rate is $75 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
What if I need to add work after we discuss the estimate?
Let us know. We’ll agree on any extra time or cost before adding work.
